All accounts are on prepaid. The official company behind the e-Pass, Capstone Technologies, Inc., operates two e-Pass centers and 25 kiosks around Metro Manila and its neighboring provinces. It is also behind the Customer Service and Call Centers located in the Skyway head office in Bicutan, Paranaque. The two e-Pass centers are in C5, which is 50 meters left of the toll plaza, and in Nichols, which is in between plazas A & B. And for added convenience, we are now in all SM Payment Centers and Mail & More Outlets.
